Surface overview
Surface profile / interactive 3D surface
Depth-tested surface in real XY coordinates. Drag to rotate, mouse wheel to zoom, Shift+drag to pan; double-click to reset. Vertical exaggeration affects only the picture.

Difference (Δ) = B − A evaluated on the XY overlap only. Meshing uses bilinear estimates from two different adaptive grids. “Mask distant estimates” uses distance to nearby probes as a visual heuristic, not a quantified uncertainty bound. An unusually sharp ridge may be from sparse sampling, not physical deformation.
From printer to insight
Install the PEI plate. On the printer touchscreen choose Control → Smart assist → Calibration → Auto levelling, tick the checkbox, then press Start. Wait until the calibration finishes before exporting.
Once leveling has finished, insert a USB drive and choose Settings → General → Export Log. Copy AC_LOG*.pack to your computer. A new export can overwrite the previous file on USB; rename or archive each copy.
If bed calibration was run several times during the day, one exported log can contain multiple recorded meshes with their own timestamps. Use the Calibration snapshot dropdown to choose the exact dataset you want before comparing.
1. Run a full 49-point auto-level
Install the PEI sheet, then open Control → Smart assist → Calibration → Auto levelling. Tick the checkbox and press Start; wait until all 49 probing points are finished. Do not touch the hot bed or moving toolhead.
2. Export to USB and save a copy
Insert USB after leveling, choose Settings → General → Export Log, and copy the .pack to your PC. A later export can overwrite the USB file, so rename each saved copy.
3. Choose another timestamp if needed
Some logs contain multiple recorded meshes from different calibration runs on the same day. Use the dropdown to switch to another calibration snapshot and timestamp.
Values are firmware-reported relative Z heights / compensation values (mm), not absolute nozzle-to-bed clearances. If you want the freshest result, run auto-calibration immediately before exporting the log. A raw difference includes reference/Z-zero shifts and may not mean the physical bed changed. “Remove mean shift” compares spatial variation; “Remove mean & tilt” isolates local shape changes. Use identical bed temperatures and repeat probing for reliable comparisons. XY orientation follows the coordinates recorded in the log; verify physical corner orientation before mechanical adjustments. Not affiliated with Anycubic.
